We accept Cash, Personal or Business Checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated total is required at the time of admission to our facility, for ALL horses, whether for general or breeding services. Board charges will be applied every 14 days as appropriate. The balance will be due at the time that the horse is discharged or picked up from our facility to return home.
For Farm Call Clients: Payment is required for all services, medications and supplies on the day of service, or upon receipt of your invoice for professional services due, unless specific arrangements are made in advance with the Dr. Ley.
All outstanding balances 30 days and over will incur a statement preparation fee of $5.00, plus interest on the outstanding balance due of 10% per month.
Returned check fee is $50.00.
Clients with outstanding balances 45 days and over will NOT receive further professional services until ALL of the outstanding balance due is paid, unless specific arrangements are made in advance with the Dr. Ley.
In the event of a medical emergency, FULL payment for the emergency services provided, and medications and supplies dispensed MUST be paid for at the time that the emergency service is rendered.
Clients with outstanding balances due that are 90 days and over will be sent to collections.
Litigation will be sought on all accounts that fail to demonstrate good faith in attempts to pay.
