R Flash Gordon

R-Flash Gordon is a spitting image of his sire (R Saluut II) both in type and temperament. He has a powerful frame with three strong gaits. Though we have only seen him jump puddles it is obvious he knows what lies ahead. We raise our young stallions with as much turn out as possible and therefore do not start jumping them until they are ready for consistent work.

Flash's pedigree has three crosses in the same generation to Ronald, Rigoletto and Romanow and numerous crosses to the foundation Holsteiner 'F' line, especially on his dam side. On first impression, these two lines appear most in his conformation and way of going. He inherited the focus and thought patterns of his sire along with those almost perfect Arabian-type ears. If we had known R Saluut II as a young horse, we would have expected R Flash Gordon to have been his twin.
