Stallion Breeding Soundness Examination

Broadway boogie woogie 1995 Spotted Holsteiner Stallion

As the name implies, a soundess exam, is intended to evaluate the stallion for suitability or fitness for breeding. It is NOT a method to determine fertility of the stallion. It implies a judgment based upon certain defined criteria of clinical importance as to whether the stallion in question has the robustness, health, wellness, conformation, anatomy, and etc., to be reasonably suited for the prospect of breeding. It is a snapshot in time and is valid with respect only to the findings and conclusions supported by the examination findings on the day it is or was performed. It does NOT imply any future guarantee or lifelong sutability as a breeding stallion.

Stallion Breeding Soundness Examination: $750.00/stallion.

Includes physical exam, external genitalia exam, palpation and ultrasonography of scrotum, testes, internal accessory glands and ducts, semen collection (2 collections, 1 hour apart), complete semen quality evaluation, and longevity testing for cooled shipped semen usage.

Semen and external genitalia bacterial cultures, EIA, and EAV serology as applicable are additional.
